1. General provisions
This Notice describes what data may be processed when using Wistium Platform, for what purposes, and how to contact us. It covers the public website and demonstration environment of Wistium Platform on wistium.ru, www.wistium.ru and demo.wistium.ru, and explains the boundary between that environment and customer-installed instances of the Platform.

3. Data that may be processed
The public environment and a Platform instance may process the following categories of data when the user uses the corresponding features:
- account identifiers: email address / username;
- authentication and session information, including access tokens stored by the browser in localStorage;
- technical request data: IP address, User-Agent header, date and time, URL, server response code;
- security and audit logs related to sign-in and access control;
- interface preferences (language, theme) stored in localStorage;
- information voluntarily sent to info@sqeel.ru.
MDM and Data Engineer modules may use technical cookies required for CSRF protection on mutating requests. The Portal login page does not set a session cookie: the Portal session is stored in localStorage.
Advertising cookies, Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and other marketing tracking tools are not used.
When using the Map module, the browser may request map tiles from OpenStreetMap and related mapping sources.
4. Purposes of processing
Data is processed in order to:
- provide access to the Platform and its modules;
- authenticate, authorise and maintain a session;
- maintain security, diagnostics and logging;
- store interface preferences;
- respond to messages sent to info@sqeel.ru.
5. Legal bases
Processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the Platform, perform a contract / subscription, maintain security and respond to inquiries. Voluntary email messages are processed to handle the relevant request.
6. Procedure and retention
Retention follows the purposes of processing, security needs and applicable law. Technical server logs are kept for a limited time needed for operations and incident investigation. Account data is kept while the account exists.
7. Sharing with third parties. Central processing boundary
The Wistium Marketplace appliance is deployed in the customer’s infrastructure. SQEEL LLC does not centrally receive customer business data from customer-installed instances: MDM data, Data Intake uploads, Map business data, Data Engineer models and customer database contents are processed in the customer’s infrastructure and are not transmitted to the public-environment operator as part of normal Platform operation.
The software updater, if enabled, is intended to check for Platform updates and is not used to transmit customer business content.
Data may be available to infrastructure and hosting providers of the public environment to the extent needed to host the service, and in cases expressly required by law.
8. Data security
Organisational and technical measures are applied, including access control, HTTPS and security logging. Absolute security of data transmission over the Internet is not guaranteed.
9. User rights
The user may request information about the processing of their data, correction, restriction or deletion to the extent provided by applicable law and the technical capabilities of the relevant Platform instance. For a customer-installed instance, such requests should also be sent to the customer as operator of that environment.
