Wistium software, branding, documentation, and related materials remain property of SQEEL and/or its licensors unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may modify features, APIs, or workflows to improve security, reliability, and functionality.
Wistium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SQEEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Wistium.
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms, security risks, or legal/regulatory requirements.
These terms are governed by applicable law and any signed master/service agreements between the parties.
